We're excited to launch Scuba Cubs, scuba diving lessons for babies as young as 6 months old. 🫧

Our certified scuba instructors will teach you how to guide your bear cubs through the basics of diving. From navigating using flippers and snorkels, to taking the perfect underwater selfie. 🤳

With their tiny tanks and big smiles, your babies will be the envy of all the fish in the sea. 🐠

How to build your toddlers independence in the water ✨

Toddler cub Ella swimming with the support of these “magic floats”✨

Ella progressed from her mama bear holding her up in the water to swimming all by herself. ⭐️

We use these short woggles in class to help bear cubs feel comfortable and confident in the water.

They can practice blowing bubbles and kicking their legs while floating independently.

Teaching surface dives ⭐️

This skill should only be practiced with a water confident Toddler Cub who has learned how to breathe correctly for swimming underwater and is water happy. 💛

Steps to practice the skill:

⭐️ wear goggles so your toddler can see underwater
⭐️ throw sinker toys into the water - make it FUN
⭐️ encourage your toddler to give it a try
⭐️ make sure they’re happy first
⭐️ give a cue so they know when to take a breathe
⭐️ bring them underwater, head first, towards the pool floor to collect the toys
⭐️ assist with floating back up to the surface
⭐️ give lots of praise to positively reinforce the skill

Today we're celebrating World Down Syndrome Day with two of our brilliant swimmers, baby cub Willow & toddler cub Isabelle 🌟

Willow and Isabelle love swimming with their mama & papa bears every week at their Swim Cubs classes.

They are fearless, full of joy and their smiles melt our hearts. 💛
