Family swim at Sandymount

We host a casual family swim session at our Sandymount swimming pool at weekends, during term time. You don't need to a be a Happy Cubs member to book into a family swim at Sandymount, this is open to anyone who would like to enjoy the lovely facilities and have a splash.

Location: Enable Ireland swimming pool, Sandymount Avenue, Dublin 4

Days: Sunday

Time: 1:15pm to 2:00pm

Duration: 45 minutes

The family swim is for all ages and abilities who would like to come and enjoy the benefits of the warm water. A fully qualified lifeguard will be present on poolside to keep you safe during your swim. Our pool manager will be available at the front desk to welcome you on arrival at the pool, take your attendance and show you where to go to get changed. Please note there are no swim lanes available at the family swim.

All children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Babies under 12 months go free.
All babies and toddlers must wear a neoprene swim nappy into the pool.
You can purchase swimwear from our online shop and we'll have it ready for you on arrival at the pool.
To ensure your swimwear will be at the pool, please buy your nappy online at least 48 hrs before your swim.
We can't accept cash payment for swimwear at the pool.

How to book your swim

You need to pre-book your swim on our website in advance. Spaces are limited to 25 people per swim. Available slots are allocated on a first come first serve basis as they are booked online. We cannot reserve spaces or accept walk-in's and cash payments for the family swims.
